Problems are normal and natural. No matter how positive or optimistic you think, problems will occur. The reason is that problems represent the difference between where you are and where you want to be. Since there will always be a gap between where you are and where you want to be, your life is about solving problems. When you solve one problem, another one will come along. The key to happiness and a sound mental health is the way you choose to respond to problems as opposed to avoid them.
